This afternoon the “Save our Planet – Plant a Tree” team visited Hoerskool Uitsig, donating over 1000 River Bush Willows and pushing the total number of donations to date just over the half way mark.
The trees were still bare from winter, with only a few trees starting to shoot their leaves.
Theresa from The Success Academy explained to the students that these trees were deciduous and extremely frost hardy, making these the perfect trees for them to plant and start their very own journey to help save our planet.
This was all made possible by The Success Academy who funds this project and Willow Feather Farm, who grows the trees.
