Southdowns College Primary receives 700 tree-gifts

Today The Success Academy and Willow Feather Farm teams spent the morning at Southdowns College with the primary school pupils, donating 700 trees as part of the “Save our Planet – Plant a Tree” project.

Theresa, from The Success Academy explained the purpose of planting trees to the students and motivated them to make it a point of taking care of their trees themselves, to water and nurture it and to give it a name. The students were thrilled to have us and couldn’t wait to get their picture taken with their new best friend.

This is the second visit to Southdowns College this year, having donated trees to the high school students just a few months before.
