Laerskool Constantiapark receives 1,800 tree-gifts

Yesterday 1,800 pupils and teachers at Laerskool Constantiapark each received a tree-gift as part of our ongoing project!

“We are delighted that Laerskool Constantiapark has participated in the Save Our Planet – Plant a Tree project.  Parents and teachers play a major role in creating awareness of the importance of reducing waste and the footprint for future generations,” said Charl du Toit of The Success Academy, who this year has given 11,800 children each a tree.

Already, there are thousands of young environmental ambassadors who are caring for trees and setting an example for others to follow!

The Save our Planet – Plant a Tree project is much more than just putting a tree in the ground, it is more about creating a continuous conversation around the caring and nurturing of the plant.  This connection with nature we hope will motivate children to take responsibility for keeping it alive and give them a better knowledge of trees and an awareness of how trees affect their day-to-day lives.

The trees are all indigenous and are grown on Willow Feather Farm.
